7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (Part-Time) 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. (Part-Time) Night Shift (Part-Time) Overview Lincolnian Senior Residences is an affordable Assisted Living community serving low- to moderate-income seniors ages 62 and above in Northern Virginia. We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our caregiving team. Our CNAs play a vital role in supporting residents with daily care needs while helping create a safe, respectful, and engaging environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about senior care and enjoy building meaningful relationships with residents and their families. Key Responsibilities Provide direct care and support to residents Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Accurately document resident care and services provided Observe residents and report changes in condition to supervising nurse Participate in resident activities and life enrichment programs Communicate professionally and respectfully with residents, families, and staff Follow community policies, procedures, and safety standards Participate in staff meetings and training opportunities Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor Qualifications Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required CPR and First Aid certification required or ability to obtain within 60 days Previous senior living or assisted living experience preferred Compassionate, dependable, and respectful attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality care Benefits Flexible part-time scheduling options Supportive team environment Competitive pay Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors
