Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and mechanical issues Communicate findings and repair options clearly with customers Complete service documentation accurately and professionally Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and work area Follow all safety procedures and company standards Participate in on-call rotation as needed Qualifications Minimum 4+ years of HVAC Service experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience with heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioning systems, and air handlers Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently Excellent customer service and communication skills NATE Certification is a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Performance bonuses and incentives Company vehicle Paid holidays and PTO Ongoing training and advancement opportunities Supportive team environment Uniforms provided Why Work With Comfort Source HVAC?
