Daily Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting Support mobility and safe transfers Observe and report changes in resident condition Follow care plans and documentation standards Provide companionship and emotional support Collaborate with nurses and care team members This is relationship-based caregiving — you'll have time to know your residents. Qualifications Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
