Contract | New Opening Position Overview A skilled rehabilitation facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 15-week assignment. This role focuses on delivering high-quality direct patient care and rehabilitation support within a structured skilled nursing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting residents with daily living activities while ensuring safety, dignity, and comfort. This position works closely with nursing and rehabilitation teams to support patient recovery and overall well-being. Key Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding Provide safe mobility assistance and patient transfers Monitor, record, and report vital signs and patient condition changes Support nursing staff with routine patient care tasks Ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity at all times Assist with rehabilitation-focused care activities as directed Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care provided Follow infection control protocols and facility safety standards Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams Respond promptly to call lights and patient needs Required Qualifications Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Prior experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred Strong patient care and communication skills Ability to assist with ADLs and mobility support Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures Ability to work effectively in a rehabilitation healthcare environment For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
