Job Description

Job Title:
Certified Nursing Assistant Location:
New Lisbon, WI Duration:
13 weeks​ (With possibility of extenstion)
Shift:
02:00 PM - 10:00
PM Responsibilities:
Assist residents with ADLs including toileting, transferring, bathing, grooming, etc. Report any changes in resident condition to the nurse Obtain vitals, weights, and other information as needed Meet resident needs in a timely manner Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, and misappropriation to charge nurse Perform other duties as requested
Requirements:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required Current BLS required 1+ years of related work experience preferred (Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Nurse Aide, Certified Nurse Assistant, Certified Nursing Aide, Nurse Aide, Licensed Nurse Aide, CNA) #
REQHC Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
