Job Description

Medical Records Clerk / Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) Arcola, IL Haven of Arcola $19.00 - $25.50 hourly Haven of Arcola is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Records Clerk/C.N.A. This dual-role position combines resident care with medical records management to help ensure excellent service and compliance within our skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize resident medical records in accordance with state and federal regulations File, scan, and update resident documentation accurately and timely Assist nursing staff with chart audits and record requests Provide direct resident care as needed as a Certified Nursing Assistant Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Support a positive and compassionate environment for residents and families
Qualifications:
