Qualifications:

Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of assignment Minimum of 1 year of recent Operating Room experience preferred BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills Proven ability to manage patient care in fast-paced surgical settings

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, efficient nursing care in the Operating Room, following all established standards and protocols Function as a patient and family advocate, ensuring excellent service and compassionate support Work closely with physicians, surgical staff, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Maintain a compliant and caring environment aligned with patient-focused care principles Uphold the highest standards of customer service to both patients and staff
