Job Description

Colonial Springs Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistants and Nursing Assistant Trainees to join our team. The C.N.A. trainee program is paid training with a 2 week in class then 100 hour on the job training all paid. Facility pays for testing and certification. At the conclusion of the course and certification will be eligible for a nice raise and sign on bonus, we have shift differentials that are very competitive, flexible schedules, have same day pay program, offer a free health insurance, life insurance, and dental insurance option. Have Pride pay program for picking up extra shifts, have career advancement opportunities with three times a year CMT classes, tuition payment program, and loan reimbursement program. Duties:
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide basic nursing care, including taking vital signs and monitoring patient conditions
  • Assist with patient transfers and repositioning to prevent bedsores
  • Provide excellent patient service and ensure patient satisfaction
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized healthcare environment
  • Handle durable medical equipment (DME) and ensure proper usage and maintenance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
