CNA Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including bathing, dressing, and grooming residents Assist with vital signs, toileting, and ambulation as needed Develop and maintain a rapport with residents, families, and staff to ensure a warm and welcoming environment Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to licensed nurses and medical staff Participate in care planning and implementation, including assisting with med-administration and wound care Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care About the
