WHAT YOU'LL DO A

Direct Care Tech at Honey Lake Clinic supports Christ-centered behavioral health by ensuring patient safety, providing daily supervision, assisting nursing staff, and maintaining a clean, supportive environment for healing.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Follows program operation policies and procedures to ensure compliance with AHCA, DCF, and CARF as well as Honey Lake Clinic standards and procedures Provides supervision and transportation as needed to patients in all program areas Provide consistent and excellent care for patients Contacts nursing or clinical staff as directed and notifies them of potential problems Obtains vitals per schedule or as needed Maintains Patient Safety "Q" checks Prevents and intervein in potential incidents Actively participates in emergency drills Teach patients basic skills such as, but not limited to, washing clothes and cleaning their room Sanitize patient and employee areas Clean patients' rooms when needed and requested Contribute to meal monitoring and serving meals to patients Other duties as assigned by the Lead Tech or Director of Nursing

Pay:

$16/hr

• 22/hr plus bonus potential, subject to experience/education

Shifts Available:

Night Shift (7am-7pm)

Greenville, FL (~35-50 minutes from Tallahassee, FL or Valdosta, GA)

QUALIFICATIONS

CNA, CMA, EMT, Paramedic, or Phlebotomist preferred High School diploma or GED (required) Experience working with adult patients with mental health or substance use disorders (preferred) Background check and drug screening per state regulations Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, electronic medical records)
