Full Time Evenings Full Time Nights PRN Needed for All Shifts Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Duties Assist patients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices Monitor vital signs and observe changes in patient condition, reporting findings accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to HIPAA regulations Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or other memory impairments, including memory care techniques and behavioral health support Assist with clinical procedures such as catheter care, phlebotomy preparation, and aseptic technique during sterile procedures Facilitate patient transfers using appropriate equipment and techniques for safety and comfort Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in settings like hospitals (including ICU and Level I Trauma Centers), nursing homes, assisted living facilities, outpatient clinics, or home & community care environments Requirements Valid CNA certification from an accredited program with current licensure in the state of employment Experience working in diverse healthcare environments such as hospitals (including ICU or emergency medicine), nursing homes, or outpatient clinics Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic life support (BLS) certification Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner or eClinicalWorks for accurate medical documentation Experience caring for patients with complex needs including behavioral health conditions, infectious diseases, or post-acute care requirements Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or developmental disabilities across various settings including pediatric or geriatric populations Strong communication skills coupled with a compassionate approach to patient service and caregiving Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to delivering high-quality patient-centered care.
