Job Description

Company Overview Access Therapy is a therapist-owned pediatric speech and occupational therapy agency dedicated to serving children and their families. Our focus is on empowering children through a child-centered approach that emphasizes results and family education within a supportive and fun work environment. We are seeking a full or part time COTA to provide servies at our Gaffney and Spartanburg clinics, with limited travel required. Position is 75% clinic-based.

Full Time Admin Support:
We employ five full-time staff members who support scheduling, customer service, and operational tasks so therapists can remain focused on delivering high-quality therapy. Established pediatric caseload with room to grow Benefits available for full-time team members Locations
  • We have two outpatient clinics (Gaffney and Spartanburg) and a satellite location in Fountain Inn. Positions are 75% clinic-based with some home/daycare visits required. Compensation

Required Skills Minimum of one year experience with pediatrics Feeding therapy experience or strong interest in feeding intervention preferred Strong understanding of child development and sensory processing Ability to effectively implement treatment plans developed by the supervising OTR/L Strong understanding of fine motor, visual motor, self-care, and sensory regulation skills Ability to build rapport with children and families Strong communication and caregiver education skills Ability to collaborate effectively with therapists, teachers, and interdisciplinary teams Creativity and play-based therapeutic approach Strong documentation and time management skills Ability to adapt activities to meet individual sensory, behavioral, and developmental needs Knowledge of pediatric diagnoses such as autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and sensory processing differences Comfortable providing services in both clinic and natural environments Reliable, organized, and team-oriented Passion for family-centered pediatric care Passionate about pediatric therapy and family-centered care Strong interest or experience in feeding therapy Team players who value collaboration, communication, and clinical growth Individuals who enjoy a balanced mix of clinic structure and community-based work Organized and able to adapt to and prioritize individual client nees
