Ensure all orthotic and prosthetic services meet regulatory, OSHA, and HIPAA standards. Coordinate materials management, technology adoption, and vendor relationships to support efficient, high-quality fabrication and device delivery. Collaborate with internal teams and external healthcare partners to elevate patient care, streamline workflows, and enhance clinical protocols.
Ideal Candidate Profile Certification:
Active ABC/BOC Certification as a Certified Prosthetist-Orthotist (CPO).
Experience:
Proven leadership track record in a clinical or multi-clinic orthotic/prosthetic setting.
Skills:
Strong clinical judgment, operational insight, people development expertise, and excellent communication skills.
