Key Responsibilities:

Provide peer support and mentorship to individuals in recovery from substance use or mental health challenges Assist clients in developing and implementing personalized recovery plans Offer emotional support, encouragement, and motivation to promote sustained recovery Educate clients about available resources, coping strategies, and relapse prevention techniques Collaborate with clinical staff, case managers, and community organizations to coordinate care Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and progress in compliance with organizational policies Advocate for clients' needs and promote their engagement in treatment and community activities
