$280000.00•$445000.00 A stable, efficiently run multi-specialty group in the Midwest is seeking a full-time or part-time CRNA to join its Ambulatory Surgery Center. This opportunity offers excellent work-life balance with a Monday-Friday schedule, no call responsibilities, and total compensation potential exceeding $360K.

Position Highlights:

Outpatient Surgery Center•weekdays only, no call ever Case mix includes Orthopedics, General Surgery, GYN, ENT, Urology, Oral Surgery, Podiatry, and Plastics Flexibility to focus on preferred case types based on your interests 1099 or W-2 options available Full-time or part-time schedules

Epic EMR Compensation Options:

1099: Hourly rates starting at $250/hour W-2: Base salary up to $280,000, which includes 10 weeks off annually Take the time off•or choose to work some of those weeks at a competitive hourly rate on top of your base salary Total income potential exceeding $360K+

Additional Benefits:
