Job Description

Quincy University, A NCAA Division II institution and member of the Great Lakes Valley Conference, invites applications for the position of Head Women's Lacrosse Coach.
Responsibilities:
  • Serves as a representative of the University, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions with the members of the QU community and with the public.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the program including recruiting, monitoring academic progress, fundraising, scheduling, and all other functions involved with running a Lacrosse Program.
  • Abide by all regulations, policies, and procedures of the NCAA, conference and Quincy University, including the Quincy University Code of Ethics for Coaches.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years coaching at a college/professional level
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse student populations.
  • Flexible working hours (nights and weekends).
Salary:
$50,000 -$55,000
