Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner

Position Overview PT Family Medicine is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (CRNP/FNP) to join our growing outpatient practice in Penn Township area, near Pittsburgh, PA . This full-time role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care while practicing with a high level of clinical autonomy in a structured, efficient environment. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients, including health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning Manage acute and chronic conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, and other common primary care diagnoses Perform physical examinations and preventive care services Order, interpret, and follow up on laboratory and diagnostic tests Prescribe medications in accordance with Pennsylvania state regulations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic medical records (EMR) documentation Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity and quality of care Manage patient flow efficiently while maintaining a high standard of care Qualifications Active Pennsylvania Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) license Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology NP Current DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start) Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in primary care, family medicine, or outpatient setting preferred Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to work independently Excellent communication and patient engagement skills Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation Work Environment & Schedule Full-time, outpatient primary care setting Structured clinic schedule designed for efficiency and patient access Collaborative, team-oriented clinical environment Compensation & Benefits $90,000 - $120,000 annually , commensurate with experience Opportunities for professional growth within an expanding practice Supportive administrative and clinical infrastructure About PT Family Medicine PT Family Medicine is a patient-focused primary care practice serving the Jeannette and greater Pittsburgh community.
