$50 - $55 per hour Job Summary We are seeking a Surgical Technologist (OR) to assist surgeons and operating room staff in delivering safe and effective patient care. This role ensures a sterile surgical environment and supports procedures from preparation through completion. Key Responsibilities Assist surgeons and circulating nurses during surgical procedures Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields and instruments Ensure all surgical equipment and supplies are ready and functioning Maintain strict aseptic techniques at all times Anticipate surgeon needs during procedures Support patient safety and adherence to all clinical protocols Participate in on-call rotation as required

Require:

Less than 1 year experience accepted State of Iowa Mandatory reporter training Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program Surgical Technologist Certification preferred Must stay within 30 minutes of WinnMed when on-call American Heart Association BLS requiredThanks & Regards Surgical Technologists must be experienced in: General Surgery Orthopedics
