We are looking to hire another Certified Vet Tech for our continually growing small animal practice. The Spring Valley Veterinary Clinic in MN is a privately owned, family-focused, and fun practice just 25 miles south of Rochester. Our clinic takes pride in delivering high-quality medical care while putting our patients' needs and well-being first, making a true difference in their lives. We offer flexible, family-friendly schedule that is 4 days a week with no weekends. Our clinic utilizes the following for in house diagnostics: Imagyst, Opticell, VS2, VUE, Radiographs & Ultrasound. Animal Restraint Proficient in venipuncture and catheter placement Precise medical record keeping including: surgical monitoring and dental charts Record TPR's, In-patient and Out-patient Care, Hospitalization Treatment, Discharge Instructions Perform in-house labs and send out labs Record TPR's, medical history, patient status, procedures, treatments, findings, lab results, surgical notes, pre-surgical findings, anesthetic risk, all medications given or dispensed and complete discharge/homecare Keep all areas of the clinic clean and sanitary Lab equipment maintenance OSHA awareness and compliance Customer Service Skills-answering phones, scheduling appointments at times. Collaborate closely with team members to ensure a productive and positive work environment. Requirements:

Valid MN Certified Veterinary Technician License Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with both clients and team members

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
