In this vital role, you will provide essential speech therapy services to pediatric patients, focusing on early intervention and developmental support. Your expertise will help children overcome communication challenges, improve their language skills, and foster confidence in their daily interactions. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs in pediatric populations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique goals and abilities Deliver engaging speech therapy sessions that incorporate evidence-based techniques and age-appropriate activities Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support consistent progress and effective communication strategies Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting therapy approaches as needed for optimal outcomes Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with clinical standards Educate families on home exercises and strategies to reinforce therapy goals outside of sessions Qualifications Current enrollment or recent completion of a Speech-Language Pathology graduate program leading to CFY certification or equivalent Masters degree School experience or pediatric clinical experience is highly preferred Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques and pediatric development milestones Familiarity with patient assessment tools and medical terminology related to speech-language pathology Basic understanding of physiology, anatomy, and how they relate to speech and language functions Passion for patient care with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude Ability to work effectively within a team environment and engage children in therapy activities Join us in empowering children through effective communication!
