Job Description:

Short-term contract opportunity for a person with

CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL

in helping with Change Management. You will be onsite at NextEra Energy in Palm Coast, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

You will support the analysis and tracking of change management activities to help facilitate user adoption. Engage all levels of the organization by maintaining change management self-service tools, resources, and channels for leaders, change network, and practitioners. Maintain resources and use communications channels to provide updates on main team change projects. You will use tools to track planning and completion of learning opportunities and training effectiveness. Use tools to measure employee engagement and interaction across collaboration tools and communications. Help execute change management activities to help improve and facilitate user adoption.

Qualifications:

High school diploma
