Part Time Short Term Rental Specialist

Overview Serenity Realty Group Inc is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Short-Term Rental Specialist to support and grow our vacation rental portfolio. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible scheduling and weekly base pay and performance-based earning potential. Duties

• Manage listings on platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, and other booking channels
• Optimize pricing, occupancy, and listing performance
• Coordinate guest communication from inquiry to post-stay follow-up
• Schedule and oversee cleanings, inspections, and maintenance
• Ensure properties are guest-ready and meet company standards
• Monitor reviews and implement improvements to maintain high ratings
• Handle guest issues and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with vendors, cleaners, and maintenance teams
• Assist with onboarding new short-term rental properties Qualifications
