This role is pivotal in supporting national retail expansion and strategic account development within the HVAC/environmental products industry. Reporting directly to executive leadership, the Channel Sales Manager will drive efforts to develop and grow partnerships with national retailers, distributors, and key accounts while enhancing overall channel sales performance. Responsibilities Develop and expand relationships with Big Box retailers and distribution partners. Identify, negotiate, and secure new business opportunities. Manage sales performance, KPIs, and revenue targets. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance channel sales strategies. Provide reporting, forecasting, and market insights to drive business growth. Lead initiatives to optimize channel sales processes and customer engagement. Support the development of sales materials and promotional activities. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in channel sales, account management, or retail development. Experience working with national retailers or distribution networks. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. CRM experience preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred. Required Work Hours The position is full-time, onsite in Chino, CA, with work hours from Monday to Friday. Benefits The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000-$100,000 plus bonuses, providing an excellent opportunity for career growth and high visibility within the company.
Additional Details Location:
Chino, CA (onsite Monday-Friday) Occasional travel required (2-5 times per year for industry events).
