Charge Nurse - RN (Sharpe Hospital)

•$12,500 Appointment incentive for a 12 month commitment•General Description - Performs professional work at an advanced level to deliver nursing interventions that result in positive patient outcomes. Monitors patients for evaluations; nursing interventions by assisting with CQI & instructing other nurses in evaluating nursing interventions; organizes work to meet the hospital's mission. Provide directions to other licensed & unlicensed health care providers. CQI monitoring for seclusion/restraints & medication administration. Performs related duties as required. Applicants selected must successfully complete a chemical urinalysis and breath analysis drug and alcohol screening test. All employees shall be subject to drug and alcohol testing for probable cause as set forth in bureau and agency polices. Applicants selected must successfully complete a background check. Current West Virginia licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).

Experience :

Three (3) years of full-time or equivalent part-time experience in nursing.
