Position Overview:

As a Team Member at Charly's, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience for our customers. You will help craft delicious desserts, ensure a welcoming atmosphere, and work with an amazing team. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

Order Processing:

Efficiently handle customer orders, process payments, and manage transactions.

Food Preparation:

Prepare desserts and beverages following Charly's quality standards.

Maintenance:

Maintain cleanliness in dining and preparation areas, including cleaning tables, floors, and equipment.

Team Collaboration:

Work cohesively with team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols, including proper food handling and equipment usage.

Qualifications:

Age Requirement:

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal communication abilities.

Team Orientation:

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Reliability:

Punctuality and dependability are essential.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks that involve bending, twisting, and reaching.
