Overview We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Charter Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the key driver in building relationships with clients, understanding their travel needs, and providing tailored charter solutions. Your enthusiasm for sales combined with your hospitality experience will ensure every customer receives outstanding service from inquiry to booking. Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients and maintaining existing customer relationships Understand clients' travel requirements and recommend appropriate charter services that meet their needs Coordinate with internal teams to prepare accurate quotes, itineraries, and proposals for clients Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries promptly, professionally, and with enthusiasm Assist clients with travel planning details including route options, scheduling, hotel accommodations, and special requests Maintain detailed records of client interactions, bookings, and follow-up actions in the company CRM system Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of charter services from booking through completion Experience Proven experience in sales or customer service within the travel, hospitality, or transportation industry Strong knowledge of travel planning processes and hotel/hospitality operations is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively handle client inquiries Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus A positive attitude combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving will help you succeed in this role Join us as a Charter Sales Specialist and become part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering memorable travel experiences.
