This is a part-time, after-school-only position with short, consistent sessions — perfect for someone looking to earn extra income without a full-day commitment. Session Length:

1.5 hours per session

Pay:

$33.33/hour ($50.00 per session)

Schedule:

Mondays to

Fridays Time:

After 1:00 PM No weekends No lesson planning required - full curriculum and coaching support provided Who This Is a Great Fit For College students (Education, PE, Kinesiology, Sports Management) with early afternoon availability School staff (teachers, aides, substitutes) looking for extra income after school Fitness professionals (trainers, coaches, instructors) with afternoon availability Local parents amp; community members with cheer experience and a passion for working with kids Key Responsibilities Lead amp;

Coach:

Guide elementary students (Grades K-5) through fun, structured cheer activities

Follow Curriculum:

We provide everything — no need to create lesson plans

Ensure Safety:

Supervise students in a positive, organized environment

Requirements Location:

Must live or work within 10-15 minutes of assigned school in

Prince George's County Reliability:

Punctuality and consistency are critical due to short session times

Background Check:

Must complete required Prince George's County Public Schools clearance (fingerprinting/background check)
