Armed Supervisor MD

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Armed Security Supervisor to oversee operations at a high-profile federal facility. This leadership role demands strong supervisory skills, excellent judgment, and a thorough understanding of armed security operations. Candidates must meet strict professional, physical, and legal standards due to the sensitive nature of the assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of armed security personnel assigned to a secured federal facility. Ensure full compliance with all post orders, contract requirements, safety procedures, and federal regulations. Inspect posts, verify guard readiness, review incident reports, and maintain detailed shift logs. Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents, coordinating with law enforcement and company leadership as needed. Lead daily briefings, drills, and on-site training to ensure officer readiness and procedural compliance. Maintain a consistent security presence and enforce site-specific protocols including visitor screening and access control. Manage timekeeping, schedules, corrective actions, and performance evaluations for assigned officers. Serve as liaison between security personnel, client representatives, and corporate management.
