Culinary Director Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Executive Chef / Culinary Director to oversee and develop multiple casual dining restaurant concepts. This leadership role is ideal for a culinary professional with a passion for diverse cuisines, operational excellence, and concept development.
Our growing portfolio includes:
Bread Baking, Fresh Pasta, and Pizza Burger Concept Salad and Sandwich Concept Taqueria Concept Key Responsibilities:
Lead culinary operations across multiple restaurant concepts Develop and refine menus, recipes, and kitchen systems for each brand Ensure consistency, quality, and innovation across all locations Train, mentor, and manage kitchen teams Oversee food cost controls, inventory management, and kitchen efficiency Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards Collaborate with ownership and management on concept expansion and strategic growth Drive creativity while balancing profitability and operational scalability
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Culinary Director, or multi-unit chef leader Strong background in casual dining and diverse culinary concepts Expertise in bread baking, pasta, pizza, burgers, fresh casual, and/or Mexican cuisine preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and restaurant teams simultaneously Passion for culinary innovation and concept development Flexible schedule, a great opportunity to not tied down to a specific kitchen at service hours
