We are seeking a skilled and creative Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and experience in fine dining establishments. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, food preparation, and ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our customers.

• Duties
• Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
• Create innovative menus and develop new recipes
• Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate their tasks
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
• Oversee the overall kitchen operation to maintain high standards of quality
• Qualifications
• Proven experience working in the food industry as a Chef or in a similar role
• Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of kitchen management, including inventory control and cost management
• Experience in supervising staff in a kitchen setting
