Job Description
The RoleThe Chef de Cuisine is the senior culinary leader in the kitchen, responsible for daily execution, team leadership, and maintaining exceptional food standards across all services. This role balances operational excellence with mentorship and accountability.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead all daily kitchen operations, including prep, service, and productionDirectly supervise, train, and develop kitchen staffEnsure consistency, quality, and presentation across all menusCollaborate with the Food & Beverage Director on menus, service flow, and standardsUphold food safety, sanitation, and health regulationsManage ordering, inventory, and food cost controlsSet the tone for a professional, respectful, and high-performing kitchen cultureWhat We re Looking ForPrior experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef, or comparable leadership roleStrong foundation in scratch cooking and seasonal menusProven ability to lead teams with clarity, fairness, and confidenceOrganized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
