Overview Join our dynamic culinary team as a Cook, Chef, or Sous Chef, where your passion for food and leadership will shine! Duties Prepare and cook high-quality meals with precision, creativity, and consistency across various service styles including fine dining and catering. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance on food preparation, presentation, and safety standards to ensure smooth operations. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs. Oversee food safety protocols and sanitation practices in compliance with health regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Assist with menu planning and development to keep offerings fresh, innovative, and aligned with guest preferences. Coordinate shift management by delegating tasks efficiently and ensuring timely service during busy periods. Lead dietary department initiatives when applicable, accommodating special dietary needs with care and professionalism. Support food production for banquets and large events by organizing ingredients and supervising team execution. Experience Proven experience in restaurant kitchens or hospitality environments with a focus on food preparation and service management. Demonstrated supervisory or team management skills within culinary settings. Experience with banquet service, catering operations, or fine dining establishments is highly desirable. Knowledge of inventory management systems and food safety regulations (such as HACCP standards). Strong background in culinary techniques including cooking methods, menu planning, and food handling. Familiarity with kitchen equipment operation and maintenance. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, motivate staff, and foster a positive work environment.
