Contract-to-Direct Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Compounder to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Cincinnati, OH. This role is responsible for batching, filling, labeling, packaging, and handling materials while ensuring quality, safety, and production standards are met. The ideal candidate will have prior manufacturing or liquid compounding experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment. Key Responsibilities Operate on-site forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently Use scales to tare weight and fill containers to designated specifications Track packaging and production activity within the Sage ERP system Verify customer ship dates, correct container selection, and fill weights Seal containers using proper lids and tools as required Print GHS customer labels and stock labels through Sage ERP Pull and submit micro samples to Quality for testing when required Identify flammable and non-flammable liquids and apply appropriate labeling Maintain compliance with

regulations and required training Package products into pots, portable tanks, and stationary tanks Follow all quality, SQF, sanitation, and allergen-control procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality standards Physical Requirements Stand for extended periods (6-8+ hours per shift) Frequently bend, twist, reach, pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb as needed Regularly lift up to 50 pounds without assistance Move drums weighing up to 600 pounds using approved equipment such as forklifts, drum dollies, or power jacks Ability to use hands continuously for handling, grasping, and operating equipment Must possess color vision capability Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or batching experience preferred, ideally in a liquid compounding environment Forklift experience preferred; in-house fork truck certification required Basic math, reading, recordkeeping, and computer skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to multitask and follow detailed work instructions with moderate supervision Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Excellent attendance, flexibility, and a positive attitude #IND2
