• Job Summary:

• We are seeking compassionate NJ certified Home Health Aides in Phillipsburg or Hackettstown area to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes

• Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide meal preparation and assist with feeding when necessary
• Support clients with mobility assistance and light exercises
• Medication reminders under the direction of a nurse or healthcare professional
• Perform household duties including light housekeeping and laundry
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
• Document care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor

• Requirements:

• Proven experience in home patient care.
• Knowledge of Special needs care techniques. Plus
• understanding of HIPAA regulations
• Familiarity with medical terminology and basic caregiving principles
• Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to help others
• NJ Certification as a Home Health Aide
