Our Front of House Team Members are the face of our company and are the first step in providing quality service and hospitality to our guests.

The Front of House Team Member's responsibility is to continually interface with guests to provide quick, friendly, and accurate service. Our Back of House Team Members work in a fast paced, high energy environment. The responsibility of our Back of House Team is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures. Competitive Pay Individuals available to work full time, year round begin their employment making $11.00 per hour. After 90 days, they will qualify for a raise up to $13.00 per hour. Along with a competitive paycheck, you will work in a nurturing environment where you will learn valuable business and people skills. 401K After being employed for 1 year, full time employees will qualify for a 401K with a percentage the employer will match. Flexible Hours You probably have commitments to your family, friends, school or sports teams. We will try to arrange your work schedule around them. Closed Sunday All Chick-fil-A Restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends. Work Directly with a Chick-fil-A Operator The Operator is an independent business person, responsible for the operation of the Restaurant, who invests time in his or her employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.
