The successful candidate will be a seasoned and collaborative finance leader, responsible for the overall management of accounting and finance functions. This includes general accounting, accounts payable, special projects, taxes, budgeting, control and reporting systems, financial analysis, payroll, and the coordination of internal and external audits. The CFO will play a pivotal role in the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to support the financial management of the network's hospitals. Additionally, the role involves a strong focus on the organization's performance in delivering cost-effective clinical care and achieving high-quality clinical outcomes.
The ideal candidate for the CFO position at the company will be an accomplished finance executive with a background in a Healthcare Integrated Delivery System, particularly in an academic environment.
