Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch technicians using dispatching software management systems such as Service Fusion, Dispatch me, Logistix. Communicate effectively with drivers , clients and internal staff via multi-line phone systems, maintaining professional phone etiquette at all times. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining clear communication throughout the service process. Maintain accurate records of dispatch schedule, and update job with relevant information. Experience Prior experience in dispatching within the Plumbing or Construction industry. Strong knowledge of dispatching software such as Service Fusion, Dispatch me, Logistix. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally. Proficiency in data entry, typing accuracy. Experience working with Microsoft Suite and QuickBooks would be an asset.

Pay:

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
