Responsibilities:
Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, providing vision and leadership for IT and data security initiatives, policies, procedures, and programs. Direct and oversee the Bank's enterprise-wide information systems, IT operations, and cybersecurity and loss mitigation activities. Design and implement operational technical solutions for clear business value. Develop, maintain, and ensure compliance with information security policies, procedures, audit requirements and standardized access controls to ensure users have appropriate and secure systems permissions. Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective technology investments and resource allocation. Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning, including regular updates, testing, and communication. Lead, mentor, and evaluate IT staff while fostering a culture of learning and innovation. Manage IT help desk operations to ensure timely and effective support and resolution. Resolve network, system, and technology issues as needed. Ownership of project identification, implementation and timely full completion. Maintain required records and prepare reports for senior leadership and the Board of Directors. Promote FNB products and services, encouraging referrals to investment, insurance, tax, and accounting services. Represent FNB at civic and community events to enhance the Bank's image and support business development.
Qualifications:
