Discover the rewarding career you deserve-apply today! Chief Medical Officer opportunity in beautiful Hamilton, Montana!! Bitterroot Health ( MDMH ) is seeking candidates to fill a Chief Medical Officer position The CMO is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and coordination of divisional operations in a manner consistent with organizational mission and objectives. The incumbent functions as the senior medical officer of the hospital and as a communicator between Hospital Administration and the Medical Staff. In addition, the Chief Medical Officer advises Hospital Administration on medical matters and leads the employed outpatient clinics. The CMO works with other hospital Executive Team management and staff to fulfill hospital objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:

Education:
M.D. or D.O. degree. Master's degree in Health Administration or Business Administration or Certified Physician Executive Certificate desirable. +
Licensures, Certifications, Registrations:
Board Certification. Current Montana Medical License. Never had medical license suspended or revoked. +
Experience:
Six (6) years clinical practice experience +
Job Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Knowledgeable in areas of health care finance, government regulations, health technologies, and medical staff credentialing. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with the Medical Staff, Administration, Management Staff, and the general public. Excellent human relations and oral/written communications skills. Positive demeanor in one's approach to dealing with people and problems. Must possess computer skills.
Schedule:
F lexible based on clinical practice (preferred) and duties assumed.
