Position Overview The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) serves as a key clinical leader responsible for medical oversight, clinical quality, research engagement, and representation. This role will serve as a physician member of the Pulse4Pulse Medical Board and act as a clinical advisor to the executive team. Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership & Governance Provide clinical oversight for all testing protocols and guidelines. Serve as a physician member of the Pulse4Pulse Medical Board. Review and update clinical practices based on emerging research and best practices. Support clinical quality initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Education & Training Contribute to the development and approval of clinical training materials. Work closely with the Director of Clinical Education and clinical operations teams. Support clinical performance improvement practices. Research & Innovation Participate in or lead research initiatives related to autonomic function, microvascular health, and proactive care. Contribute to clinical studies, outcomes analysis, and publications. Integrate evidence-based findings into company protocols. Help build relationships with academic and research partners. Company Representation Represent Pulse4Pulse in external clinical conversations, meetings, conferences, and partnerships. Serve as the organization's physician voice in medical communications. Support medically accurate content for marketing, training, and public education. Strategy & Advisory Advise executive leadership on clinical strategy, compliance, and clinical risk. Provide insight into industry trends in proactive care. Support innovation and long-term product development initiatives. Qualifications MD or DO required. Active U.S. medical license. Board certification in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Family Medicine or related specialty preferred. 5+ years clinical experience with leadership or medical director-level experience. Experience or strong interest in research and preventative care. Excellent communication, collaboration, and clinical insight.
