Automotive Service Valet/Porter

Description of Position:

The Nissan Service Valet is a specialized, trained member of the Nissan service team. The Service Valet greets inbound service guests, coordinates delivery of vehicle back to guests, rental vehicle check in & out as well as parking lot coordination. The Service Valet must possess good communication skills with a cheerful and enthusiastic disposition. In addition, the Service Valet must display great work ethics, project a "can do" attitude in the face of change, enjoy greeting guests with enthusiasm and support the goals and vision of the team.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Promptly and professionally greet service guests with the goal of providing an exceptional experience resulting in a smooth timely visit with our service team. Maneuvering vehicles within the service parking lot. Checking In/out Nissan rental vehicles. Master and follow all process and procedures. The ability to work flexible hours.

Requirements:

Having the aptitude and desire to develop a solid understanding of service information related to all Nissan vehicles and all maintenance/repair services provided by the service department.
