58 Hourly Position Type Full Time Job Shift Any Education Level Graduate Degree Category Clinician Apply Child, Adolescent, and Family Clinician (CYFS) Child, Adolescent, and Family clinicians provide in-home therapy and case management services to children and families facing significant behavioral, emotional, and environmental challenges. The clinician works closely with families to stabilize home environments, prevent out-of-home placements, and support successful reunification when placements have occurred. The position requires strong clinical judgment, crisis intervention skills, and the ability to manage documentation and follow-up in a fast-paced community-based setting. Duties and Responsibilities Provide solution-focused, strength-based, in-home therapy services for families. Provide case management services to families with at-risk children. Support children and families through reunification following out-of-home placement. Provide school consultation, client advocacy, behavior management consultation, and daily living skills instruction. Create and participate in treatment teams and IEP meetings. Develop and implement personalized intervention plans. Conduct assessments to identify children's behavioral and emotional needs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive and integrated services. Provide crisis intervention and support to children and youth experiencing a severe emotional / behavioral disturbance and their families. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards. Provide client transportation as needed in your own vehicle. To familiarize, implement, and comply with WCMHS policies and procedures. Follow supervision directives. Perform other duties / responsibilities as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications Qualifications Master's Degree in Human Services required. Experience working with children and families preferred. Willing to adhere to and demonstrate family strength perspective. Sound ethics, good boundaries, and excellent diplomacy skills. Must be willing to work until 6-7 pm 1-2 days per week, with flexible scheduling otherwise. Requirements Experience with individual, children, and family therapy. Excellent case management skills for children, youth, and families. Demonstrated crisis intervention skills. Excellent clinical interviewing and assessment skills, both oral and written. Reliable, on time, flexible and able to work both as a team member and independently. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Must possess an excellent driving record, valid driver's license, and be willing to use own safe, reliable and insured vehicle.
