Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Child Care Center Director to lead our vibrant team and create a warm, engaging space where children can thrive. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality care, and promote a positive learning environment that supports early childhood development. Your leadership will inspire staff, engage families, and uphold our commitment to excellence in childcare. Duties Manage daily center operations, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and safety standards Lead and support staff through coaching, training, and classroom management to deliver outstanding care Foster strong relationships with families, addressing their needs and promoting open communication Oversee curriculum implementation aligned with childhood development principles and early education best practices Ensure all staff hold necessary certifications such as first aid and CPR, and facilitate ongoing professional development Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children of all ages including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and children with special needs Monitor enrollment processes, manage budgets, and coordinate community outreach initiatives Experience Proven leadership experience in early childhood education or childcare management Extensive classroom experience working with children across various age groups including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers Knowledge of childhood development theories and best practices in early childhood education Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable Certifications in first aid, CPR, and child safety are required; additional training in special education or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff, families, and community partners Join us to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families by leading a dedicated team committed to nurturing young minds!
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
