Child Care Teacher

You will provide care for a classroom of children encouraging them to learn and socialize, communicating progress with parents while following company policies and procedures. You will be proactively contributing to the social, emotional, academic, and spiritual development of your students.

Responsibilities:

Observe and evaluate children's performance, behavior, social development and physical health Attend to children's basic needs; feeding, dressing, and changing diapers Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime Organize and lead activities designed to promote physical, mental, social and spiritual development Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress Maintain the health and safety of all students

Classroom Upkeep Qualifications:

3+ years experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields High School diploma CPR, First Aid and Continuing Education Certificates Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to lift 25-40 lbs Benefits of being a
