Little Sprouts Children's Center New Hampton is looking for special people to join our daycare family. You will enjoy working with an amazing group of people who love their kiddos and their jobs! Your compliance to state childcare regulations, your patient and nurturing manner, your dedicated attendance, and your willingness to help where needed; will be rewarded with flexible hours, casual dress code, (No nights, weekends, or holidays!) We require our staff to be at least 18 years of age, non-smoking, have a spotless background check, good references, and reliable transportation. We expect that you be able get up and down off the floor to play with the kids, and able to safely lift the littles ones. Preference will be given if you have previous childcare experience. • Be able to work afternoon hours days including all no school days.
• Provide attentive and compassionate care to children in a group setting.
• Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of children through active interaction.
• Utilize first aid skills when necessary and respond to any medical emergencies promptly.
• Collaborate with other caregivers to create a nurturing and supportive environment.
• Apply relevant skills in long term care and social work to meet the unique needs of each child.
