Job Description

Champaign Counseling is a small, close-knit mental health private practice built for sustainable, high-quality clinical work, not clinic churn. We're hiring one full-time mental health therapist who enjoys working with kids, teens, and young adults. Quick facts (so you can decide fast)
Pay:
$80,000
  • 92,000/year (W-2 hourly) based on 1,175 completed client sessions/year Schedule requirement (choose one): 2evenings/week (4-8 pm) OR Saturdays (5 sessions) — not both Time off: 80 hrs PTO front-loaded + up to 80 hrs paid personal leave/year + 6 paid holidays (8 hrs/day) Growth support: $1,200/year CE stipend + paid peer consultation
Setting:
majority in-person + some telehealth sessions are scheduled based on client request (stable schedules; not week-to-week) How pay works You're W-2 hourly. The pay range includes paid non-clinical time (documentation, care coordination, consultation/meetings, and other clinical admin), not just face-to-face sessions.
