Job Summary:
Responsible for implementing scheduled routines and activities with children.
Duties/Responsibilities:
1)
GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
a) Establish and develop collaborative effort with ROCORI preschool programs. b) Work closely with Spartan Spot or Kid Care Site Leader to implement daily routine and activities. c) Supervise and develop relationships with children. d) Assist with lunch and recess duties as assigned. e) Open and/or close the Kid Care program day. f) Other duties as assigned and appropriate for ROCORI's Kid Care programs.
Job Requirements:
• Have a working knowledge of area resources that support ROCORI students and families. • Experience working with children in a childcare setting.
Physical Job Requirements:
• Employee is continuously required to use hands and fingers to handle or feel, talk, and hear; frequently sits, stoops, kneels and/or crouches, reach with hands and arms in the performance of the job. Exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally; and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. • The duties listed above are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed.
