The Assistant Teacher will help create a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment, support children's daily routines, assist with learning activities, and follow all Michigan childcare licensing requirements.

Responsibilities include:

Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities Help supervise and care for children Support children's learning, behavior, and routines Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom Communicate professionally with staff and families Follow licensing, health, safety, and confidentiality rules

Qualifications:

Childcare experience preferred, but not required Must be dependable, patient, and professional Must be willing to complete required trainings Must pass required background checks Must enjoy working with children
