• Full-time Overview Join our dynamic team as a Window Cleaner and bring sparkle and clarity to commercial and residential buildings!

In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining pristine, streak-free windows that enhance the overall appearance and safety of our clients' properties. You will also be working with pressure washing, commercial and residential properties. Your attention to detail, safety awareness, and commitment to quality will ensure every window/property shines brilliantly. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your cleaning skills while working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Duties Clean interior and exterior windows on various commercial and residential properties using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions Operate equipment such as squeegees, scrubbers, ladders, pressure washers, and chemicals safely and effectively Prepare work areas by setting up and ensuring all equipment is in proper working order before starting tasks Conduct detailed inspections of windows/properties for dirt, streaks, or damage, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness Follow safety protocols rigorously when working at heights or with specialized equipment like ladders or on roofs Maintain the cleanliness of work areas after completing each job and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently while adhering to scheduled deadlines Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles with a focus on window cleaning preferred Have a truck that can fit our equipment. (Any truck works usually) Ability to work at heights using ladders confidently Physical stamina to stand, climb, bend, and lift for extended periods during the workday Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering spotless results Excellent safety awareness and adherence to OSHA or local safety regulations Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed Be a team player and strive for greatness everyday Embark on a career where your skills make a visible difference!
