401(k) Dental insurance Employee discounts Health insurance Paid time off Cedar Gables Preschool — Danbury, CT Full-Time Cedar Gables Preschool is seeking a warm, proactive, and service-minded Childcare Center Director to lead our small, relationship-driven school community. We are not a large corporate center. Cedar Gables has a home-like feel, long-standing teachers, supportive families, and a culture built on teamwork, professionalism, and genuine care for children. We are looking for a leader who can support staff, build strong family relationships, maintain high standards, and help guide the continued growth of our school, including future NAEYC accreditation. The right candidate is organized, flexible, approachable, and willing to jump in wherever needed. This role is ideal for an experienced Assistant Director ready to step into a larger leadership role or an experienced Director looking for a school culture where relationships and teamwork truly matter.
